Dr. Wes Griffin accelerates the spread of the Gospel by training leaders and changing lives. He and his wife, Joy, are co-founders of the International Leadership Institute (ILI). Launched in 1988, today ILI annually equips more than 10,000 Christian leaders in over fifty nations with advanced training leadership, evangelism, and multiplication. Alumni are mobilized to multiply their training to other leaders in order to change history by accelerating the spread of the life-transforming power of the Gospel.

Wes received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Religious Studies from the University of Colorado (1981), and a Master of Divinity Degree (1984) and Doctorate of Ministry Degree (1995) from Asbury Theological Seminary. The Griffin's served two pastoral appointments before becoming missionaries in Estonia. Wes was the founding dean and Joy was on the faculty of the Baltic Methodist Theological Seminary. Today, this seminary is one of the largest seminaries by enrollment in Europe with graduates within the Baltic States and in Russia.

Wes and Joy have two children and reside in Carrollton, GA.
